Smart Center mobile app provides users to control remotely connected WiFi-enabled, smart Vestel televisions. With the help of Smart Center, information about program broadcasting and program details are always at hand. Users can also record broadcast programs to watch later, set reminders for programs, and share content on their mobile phones with their TVs. Users are able to follow their TV routines and favorite channels & programs and more easily while they are controlling their TVs.

Smart Center refer to future sustainable scenarios by creating a digital solution alternative to today's physical controller problems.Standard remote controls are very limited for controlling a TV that has various smart features. This causes deficiencies in the interaction between users and TVs. Smart Center mobile app is designed and developed for improving this interaction. In addition to basic remote-control features, Smart Center offers voice control, creating personal channel list, mirroring media from smart phone to TV.

Smart Center is an easily accessible smart remote control under your hand. It creates a user-friendly flow by presenting recommended program list to the user. With its connected system, broadcast streaming information is always trustworthy and up to date. All features can be easily used by visually impaired users with Voice Over and Talkback compatibility.

Smart Center has an easy-to-understand and usable UX and UI design, and information architecture. Smart Center gathers relevant features under different groups such as Main Menu which includes primetime programs and their details, Remote Control, TV Guide, Applications and Settings. All these menus meet different needs of TV users. Users can remotely turn on/off and control their connected TVs by Remote Control feature. It also offers program suggestions to the user according to their previous choices.

The dark interface is designed for a comfortable use that will not be tiring for the user while controlling the TV. Since the remote-control feature is similar to the generic control elements and aspects universal, standard rules, the user can easily and intuitively control their television. The grid structured layout of Smart Center provides user to follow TV guide and view program details easily while strengthening eye tracking.

Vestel UX Group do user researches and A/B testing according to appropriate user group for defining exact user needs and related project guidelines. UX Group, after creating user journey maps, combines them with suitable interfaces for create better user experiences for Vestel smart device’s users. While designing these interfaces, user research insights, emotional impacts, usage scenarios, various design architecture systems and actual design trends are considered.
