Drive Green is an electric vehicle charger application to track and control Vestel EVCs. It aims to offer electric vehicle users a more comfortable charging experience with functions such as starting/ending the charging process without needing to be near your vehicle, determining the appropriate time interval for charging, delaying charging, limiting current value and free charging.
It aims to provide a seamless experience throughout the entire charging process. The user can follow the charging status at any time. Drive Green gives current status feedback with an easy to use interface to make users up to date.
Drive Green works with different type of devices. It allows user to control their device remotely. Having all different environments and scenarios in mind, Drive Green has both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection options. In this way, it provides fast connection with charger even in non-internet environments. It makes a difference with its ability to manage multiple devices at the same time. With its eco charge and delay charge features, it provides the opportunity to adjust the amount and hours of electricity consumption. With free charging feature, it supports use in public areas such as sites and also home use. Users can easily and quickly get information about the charge station and charge status with graphics, lists, animations and visual elements.
Drive Green creates a sustainable eco system with its compatibility with public-use devices. Drive Green makes a big contribution to the world of Internet of Things by creating a complete smart, connected charging experience.
Drive Green app also includes a service and system design which includes devices, users which have different use journeys maps, environment and the operators. Users can be assigned to different roles according to their authority to change and customize device settings. This feature improves security in the system.
Compared to similar applications, DriveGreen's clear design and instant LED display animations increase user satisfaction. Its interactive and user-friendly interface creates a harmonic link between hardware and software design. Drive Green provides a higher standard experience with these features.
Drive Green informs the user in which state the vehicle is, thanks to the UI representation of the led circle on the device. Different colors of this circle stand for different charging states, such as charging, faulted, waiting, paused. Both dark and light UI are implemented for different preferences of the users.
Drive Green aims to give people who use clean energy a better and indispensable experience with its easy and interactive use. In this way, it aims to help reducing environmental pollution and carbon emissions with an easy reach to electric vehicle chargers.
Vestel UX Group do user researches for defining exact user needs and related project guidelines. UX Group, after creating user journey maps, combines them with suitable interfaces for create better user experiences for Vestel smart device’s users. While designing these interfaces, user research insights, emotional impacts, usage scenarios, various design architecture systems and actual design trends are considered.
