The Hestan 48” freestanding all gas range with griddle offers the most powerful sealed gas burner available to the home—the award-winning CircuFlameTM burner, which provides 30,000 BTUs of high- performance cooking power.

The surrounding four burners allow for significant turndown capability, reaching as high as 23,000 BTUs (front burners), and as low as 500 BTUs for the perfect simmer.

The 12” commercial-grade stainless steel gas griddle utilizes an infrared burner and a thermostat for precise temperature control and retention.

The high-performance oven features exclusive PureVectionTM technology, which controls multiple heating convection systems, to optimize baking, broiling, roasting and convection baking.

The distinctly angled oven door, commercial grade end caps and Marquise AccentedTM handle and control panel feature are ergonomically designed for ease of opening the counterbalanced gentle-close door.
