Sustainability is a big deal for our audience. In fact, 2/3 of Gen Z parents are more likely to purchase products made with recycled materials. Surprisingly, the market was void of baby product manufacturers willing to commit to the promise of sustainability. We saw this as a long-overdue opportunity.
Our recyclable baby gear is an industry first. This was made possible through our partner TerraCycle, which allows parents to easily recycle their products the moment their children outgrow them. We even share how to recycle the box our products come in.
Benefit to User
Simple
A simple product is less overwhelming for parents. So we design baby gear to be seamless, cohesive, all-in-one. That way, parents aren’t at loose ends with a houseful of baby odds and ends. Simplicity also opens the door to greater affordability and sustainability.
Benefit to Client/Brand
Century benefits from having a start-up mentality. As an independent brand, we find novel ways to reach young parents.
Benefit to Society
At Century, we have a responsibility to do more. In fact, we have a Do More Promise: Recycle, Reimagine, Give Back.
Recycle. We’re always exploring ways to make our products and packaging higher quality and lower impact. One example is the recycled fabrics in our Happy Planet Collection.
Reimagine. We inspire families to get their creative juices flowing by reimagining and repurposing everyday objects, such as boxes, paper towel rolls, and more.
Give Back. Because we’re passionate about supporting families of all shapes and sizes, we partner with non-profits that support essential family services. We also push for inclusivity in social media, packaging, photography, our website, and anywhere we can make diversity shine.
