TÜV SÜD's previous web magazine was integrated as an iFrame into the company website. Due to a lack of cross-media functionality and low visibility, the number of visitors was stagnating. Since the old web magazine was no longer meeting the expectations, a new web magazine was challenged with the task to provide new impetus.
The task included the complete relaunch of the existing web magazine About Trust. It required a revision of content and design as well as a new technical implementation. An orchestrated concept to increase reach was also a part of the task.
In December 2020 the web magazine About Trust received its new look. It provides exciting stories about current developments in technology and business. Authentic stories provide interesting insights into the world of TÜV SÜD. The web magazine accommodates mobile and Internet-savvy reading habits. Compared to the printed customer magazine, it offers more information about TÜV SÜD and its services. In this way, the web magazine fits into the company's media strategy.
