Trametes owes its name from a variety of mushrooms that grow especially on the trunks.

They have the characteristic of covering the surface - through an organic system that is distributed horizontally and vertically - overlapping it with many varieties of colors.

In addition - due to its spongy shape - the mushroom is a naturally sound-absorbing material; so it seemed the perfect inspiration to create a product with the same dynamics and characteristics.

Genus of Basidiomycete fungi from the Polyporaceae family.
Not edible, mensoliform. Grows on broadleaved and coniferous trees.

COMBINATIONS
Like the Trametes mushrooms, the sound-absorbing panels have a porous structure, covering vertical walls, and presenting overlaps. They also have a fabric lining that recalls the colorful texture in nature.

Trametes is a furniture solution that works in a targeted way - but not exclusively - on acoustics.
It has been designed to modify the distribution of sound in environments, through the control of the acoustic reverb, improving therefore the well-being.

The peculiarities of Trametes can be summarized in 7 points:
Removable cover: allows easy maintenance of the panel, both from the hygienic point of view, as well from the point of view of wear, thanks to the possibility of washing and/or replacement of the fabric lining.

Overlap: thanks to the special wall mounting system, the panels overlap each other in 3D motifs; allowing extreme adaptability of applications to different sizes surfaces.
Easy installation and position change: thanks to the magnetic attachment, the panels can easily detach and relocate.

Multilayer structure: allows to absorb and correct multiple frequencies. The panel is made up of a high density polyurethane structure, with cellular processing, plus two layers of flame-retardant wavy polyurethane.

Acoustic and visual multifunction: LED lighting fixtures can be integrated inside the fixing brackets of the panels.
They can be available in Up/Down version, working as an applique, suspended with indirect light diffusion on the ceiling, or floor standing version.

Customization: In addition to covering an important hygienic function, the fabric coating offers great possibilities of customization of the panels; a very useful aspect, especially in public environments such as hotels or restaurants, where the change of image, at lower costs, allows to follow, for instance, the seasonality.

Declinations: Trametes, while maintaining the same phono-corrective characteristics, declines its decorative and lighting functions in wall, freestanding and suspension versions.
