Located in an area of convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities, this case is developed with comprehensive upgrade and optimization in line with development experiences of multiple benchmark projects of Agile Real Estate, in a bid to create a 3D diversified space. The design reorganizes and integrates the form and rhythm of space, and makes clear and reasonable planning of the motion line, featuring well proportioned tension and relaxation of the space rhythm. The architectural entity and the landscape courtyard are organically integrated to create a sense of garden tour of infinite changes of scenes following the move of steps. It is to jointly build a modern, international, high end artistic site for aesthetic experience.
The project interface is shaded by street trees, and the south opening is restricted by municipal fences. The site is scattered with high voltage electric poles, fences, municipal greening and disorderly mat formation. Through the introverted space design technique, the designer adopts the horizontal 70 meter urban interface to advance the space layer by layer and, with plants and rich textured materials, makes the landscape vivid in a sense of hierarchy.
The main entrance is unfolded with a white wall and glass bricks. The asymmetric pattern leaves an aisle to the entrance, faintly showing the graceful branches in the interior. The fine grinding glass bricks are perforated and fixed with longitudinal stainless steel bars, sealed with stainless steel. To optimize the overall proportion and light and shadow effect here. Spot lamps are installed in the wall to give play to the lighting charm of the glass bricks in the night scene.
The landscape wall extends at well designed angles to divide the space. The 150 meter corridor behind the wall is planted with Chinese tallow trees and all kinds of flowers. The elegant white wall serves as the background of the stage of flowers and plants to create a sense of ritual. The gravel waterscape ends the journey at the entrance and starts the axis of the water court. The glass brick porch materializes the echo of the front and rear of the landscape.
The large waterscape of the interior courtyard and the Ilex rotunda Thunb trees dotted in the scene produce a dreamy atmosphere. The obliquely picked out glass balcony breaks the regular sequence in the court, full of fun. One side of the wall maximizes the overall effect of running water beats with staggered joint water plates, which improves the ornamental beauty of the landscape, while developing auditory experience with the gurgling water. The other side of the wall creates a dynamic curtain wall in perfect combination of technology and art using tens of thousands of metal sheets. It is based on an ink painting of the Song Dynasty, drawing on the composition characteristics of the Japanese Kano barrier painting. The wall seemingly flows under breezes, bringing light and graceful visual effect and auditory enjoyment to visitors.
