Hand-crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and backed by the power and versatility of a Lutron lighting system, Alisse delivers a truly unique lighting experience, striking a perfect balance between technology and thoughtful design.

Custom faceplate engraving, featuring precise etching with complimentary color, delivers a personalized wall control with attractive text or illustrative icons. Resistant to wear, fingerprints, and stains, Alisse finishes use a proprietary preservation process that never compromises the luxurious feeling of the material.

No detail was overlooked in the design. The color of the button lighting harmonizes perfectly with the color tone of the faceplate. A warm and inviting indicator light is coupled with lush antique bronze and brass finishes, while a crisp cool white light is paired with silver metals and white painted plates to create a uniform look. The selected lighting scene is indicated with a brighter button lighting intensity, and indicator brightness can be customized to suit the needs of the customer.

In addition to crafting a luxurious experience for the end user, Lutron also focused on creating a better experience for the designer and installer. When installed as part of new construction, lighting controls often need to be installed before the interior design is complete. To solve this problem, and to ensure homeowners and designers have the freedom to make changes up until the end of the installation process, the Alisse control was designed as two separate pieces: a front faceplate and a base control unit.

The base unit provides functional lighting control during construction, and the front faceplate, with the customer’s chosen finish and engraving details, can be installed later, once the interior design is complete. Once ready, the personalized Alisse front plate simply snaps onto the base unit, thereby protecting the control from potential damage during the final stages of project construction.
