The Lexi Collection's minimal design has been rigorously pared back to its basic volumes. It incorporates a new ceramic cartridge technology that mitigates inadvertent engagement of the hot water heater and consequently saving substantial amounts of energy. 
The mixer cartridge has been redesigned to no longer provide a mix of hot and cold water in its middle, most commonly used position. 
Since in the majority of homes warm water will not arrive to the mixer until hands have already been washed, warm and hot water are provided only when pushing the lever to the left therefore ensuring the water heater is not engaged unless required.
