The LBR iisy 11 is a sensitive, precise, and easy-to-use robot that makes automation even more intuitive and opens up new areas of human-robot collaboration. It has high-quality joint torque sensors in all six axes, which react to the slightest external forces and offer certified collision protection.

Its 11 kg payload and the 1300mm reach are optimized for activities in narrow spaces, whether loading, unloading, packaging, reliable assembly, or difficult tasks in Research and Development. The collaborative robot is ready for operation immediately and can be quickly and easily reprogrammed for a new task.

Its intuitive, easy-to-learn programming of movement sequences is done by manually guiding the robot at its ergonomically integrated commander. In the case of unplanned interruptions, it remembers every movement that has taken place and can immediately resume work without relearning. Its supple, organic design prevents bruising and offers maximum protection.

The fine grooves on the lids avoid ugly sink marks that would result from the necessary stiffening ribs on the inside of the lid. These narrow grooves are not noticeable to the user. Otherwise, all surfaces of the robot are absolutely smooth and the shape transitions are very gentle so that the robot does not pose any danger to the worker.

Pinch points are also completely avoided by sufficient distances even in the folded end positions. The high technical quality standard, the robot’s appearance, the ease of use, and the effort in the user protection systems set new standards.
