The Annual Report is designed to offer a profound insight into the company. It sets out the corporate strategy, indicates current areas of focus in research and development, shines a spotlight on the employees and therefore the corporate culture and, in the process, repeatedly makes the company’s sustainability focus transparent.
The motto of the 2021 Annual Report – ‘thinking beyond tomorrow’ – symbolises a long-term perspective, prudence and mindfulness: Symrise doesn’t just think about tomorrow, but beyond – and always takes responsibility for society and the environment when making decisions.
Using a variety of formats, we bring this message to life. We explain how, in its relentless quest for new aromas and flavours, Symrise trains new talents as flavourists at its in-house academy, how it researches products under true-to-life conditions, how it fosters health and well-being and how it develops biodegradable fragrances
The individual chapters have a clear, colourful design, while the content is presented attractively with vibrant photography, stimulating the senses in a similar way to the product range of this fragrance and flavour producer.
