Grand Banks Limestone, 2019
Grand Banks Limestone, 2019

Designers: Eldorado Stone LLC., San Marcos, California, USA
Manufacturer: Eldorado Stone LLC., San Marcos, California, USA

Eldorado Stone’s multidimensional Grand Banks color palette breathes new life into limestone, one of architecture’s most prolific surfaces, by intricately balancing accents of rust, umber and gray-green with distinctive notes of cream and silvery blue hues.

The Limestone profile, which is seeing a resurgence within the architecture and design community, is a tailored stone that conveys a traditional formality. It is hand-dressed to provide a chiseled, textured stone shape roughhewn into a rectangular ashlar profile. This architectural stone veneer ranges from 2 inches to 8 inches in height and 4 inches to 17 inches in length, with an average stone size of 6 inches by 12 inches. The versatile blend of hues in the new Grand Banks palette provides a warm, contemporary interpretation of color notes across Limestone’s traditionally textured surface.
