Antoine Michaud is a French architect. He teaches architecture at the Nantes School of Architecture (ENSA). In 2014, he co-founded the Atelier Mima with Sébastien Magrez.
His practice is driven by trying to approach architecture to intensify the context, incorporating the development of the material and the function and dealing with technical and constructive reality as a poetic possibility, to be thought through by the capable. He also diversifies scales and subjects to provoke counterpoint and consideration and opens the methodologies within the framework of the work of the Atelier and through educational and associative investment.
Atelier Mima has won several awards and prizes over the years.
